2. Welke persoonsgegevens verzamelen we2. What personal data we collect
- Contactgegevens: naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, bedrijfsnaam, en de inhoud van je bericht wanneer je een contactformulier, offerteaanvraag, adviesgesprek of gratis benchmark aanvraagt.
- Accountgegevens: naam en e-mailadres wanneer je een account aanmaakt voor het klantportaal.
- Factuur- en betaalgegevens: bij afname van een betaalde dienst.
- Technische gegevens: IP-adres, browsertype en algemene bezoekstatistieken, verzameld voor beveiliging en het functioneren van de website (zie ons cookiebeleid).
- Websitegegevens van klanten: content, gebruikersgegevens en andere gegevens die op door ons gehoste of onderhouden websites staan, uitsluitend voor zover nodig om de overeengekomen dienst te leveren.
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message when you submit a contact form, request a quote, book a consultation, or request a free benchmark.
- Account details: name and email address when you create an account for the client portal.
- Billing and payment details: when you purchase a paid service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and general visit statistics, collected for security and the proper functioning of the website (see our cookie policy).
- Client website data: content, user data and other data present on websites we host or maintain, only to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed service.

- Het beheren van je account in het klantportaal (grondslag: uitvoering van de overeenkomst).
- Beveiliging van onze systemen en het voorkomen van misbruik (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang).
- Marketingcommunicatie, uitsluitend als je hiervoor toestemming hebt gegeven (grondslag: toestemming); je kunt je hiervoor op elk moment afmelden.
- Answering questions and preparing quotes (basis: pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest).
- Performing the agreement, including hosting, maintenance and custom work (basis: performance of a contract).
- Invoicing and the legally required financial administration (basis: legal obligation).
- Managing your account in the client portal (basis: performance of a contract).
- Securing our systems and preventing misuse (basis: legitimate interest).
- Marketing communication, only if you have given consent for this (basis: consent); you can opt out at any time.
4. Bewaartermijnen4. Retention periods
We bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor de doeleinden waarvoor ze zijn verzameld. Financiële gegevens bewaren we conform de wettelijke bewaarplicht van zeven jaar. Contactformuliergegevens van niet-klanten bewaren we maximaal twee jaar na het laatste contact. Accountgegevens bewaren we zolang het account actief is, en tot maximaal een jaar na beëindiging van de overeenkomst, tenzij een langere bewaartermijn wettelijk verplicht is.
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Financial data is retained in accordance with the statutory retention obligation of seven years. Contact form data from non-clients is retained for a maximum of two years after the last contact. Account data is retained for as long as the account is active, and up to a maximum of one year after termination of the agreement, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
5. Delen met derden5. Sharing with third parties
We delen persoonsgegevens uitsluitend met derden voor zover noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van onze dienstverlening, waaronder:
- Onze hostingprovider, voor het technisch draaiende houden van servers en websites.
- Betaaldienstverleners (zoals Mollie of Stripe), voor het verwerken van betalingen.
- E-maildienstverleners, voor het versturen van transactionele e-mail.
Met alle verwerkers sluiten we, waar vereist, een verwerkersovereenkomst af die voldoet aan de eisen van de AVG. We verkopen persoonsgegevens nooit aan derden.
We only share personal data with third parties to the extent necessary to deliver our services, including:
- Our hosting provider, to keep servers and websites technically running.
- Payment providers (such as Mollie or Stripe), to process payments.
- Email service providers, to send transactional email.
Where required, we enter into a data processing agreement with each processor that meets GDPR requirements. We never sell personal data to third parties.

We nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies of onrechtmatige verwerking, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen (SSL/TLS), toegangsbeperkingen, firewalls en regelmatige beveiligingsupdates. Mocht er onverhoopt sprake zijn van een datalek, dan melden we dit conform de wettelijke meldplicht.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access restrictions, firewalls and regular security updates. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will report it in accordance with the statutory notification obligation.
